WELCOME

For as long as I can remember I have always been an animal lover and have had many species of pets throughout my life; Hamsters, Gerbils, Mice, Rabbits, Snakes, Leopard gecko, Chickens, Ducks, Cats, and Dogs. 

 

My experience started when I did my GCSE work experience at a breeding kennel when I was 15 years old and was offered my first job there. I worked there part-time at weekends and school holidays for 2 and a half years until my college course moved me away from home. 

 

During my time at Shuttleworth Agricultural college, I volunteered at the local farm over the lambing season, helping both mothers and lambs before, during and after birthing, until the lambs were ready to leave the farm. I also had hands-on experience with the colleges' animals daily and was involved in a lot of the breeding programs for Mice, Meerkats, Marmosets, Pigs, Goats, Cows, Rhea, and Alpacas. 

 

I also did a month-long work placement at the Raptor Foundation, a Falconry, where I learned a lot about birds of prey and also working with animals around the public.

Since then I have continued breeding in my home, Breeding Mini Rex rabbits for showing and then moving on to my Chihuahuas, Pomeranians and Cocker Spaniels.
